Ciro's, which opened in 1940, was a luxury supper club on Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood, CA. Ciro's was the favorite nightspot for many celebrities such as Humphrey Bogart, Frank Sinatra, James Dean, Betty Grable, Ginger Rogers, Ronald Reagan, Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis, Cary Grant, John F. Kennedy, etc. The decor was “a riot of color and texture, with red silk sofas, ceilings painted a matching red, and walls draped in heavy ribbed silk dyed pale pastel green.” A bandstand was built and phone jacks were installed at every table for important phone calls. 100% Cotton slouch.
